Driver arrested and vehicle seized after police intervention in Banbury
A vehicle and driver were taken off the roads after Thames Valley Police took action in Banbury on Saturday.
Officers from Thames Valley Police Roads Policing unit stoped the vehicle in the town on Saturday evening.
They established that the driver was behind the wheel with an expired provisional licence and also did not have any insurance – they added that he also failed a drugs wipe with a positive indication for cannabis.
The driver was arrested and his vehicle seized.
